Our P90X is a 90 days in home boot camp where you can exercise doing this about anything from resistance to cardial, to ample perex, to cample X, to chest and back and shoulders and arms and legs and anything about P90X is a 90 day plan, we just ask you to push play in the course of the 90 days, if you also eat let me tell you to eat a combination, of healthy food, and six days a week of exercise, doing a panoply, a myriad, a cornucopia of different kinds of exercises, to prevent boredom, plateaus and injuries.

So, that's the key to success and we give you a plan, we provide a variety and your job is to be a little bit intense over the course of the 90 days, and we say in P90X learn, do your best, and forget the rest.
