Nuts are a wonderful super food for a lot of different reasons. They have a lot of protein, a ton of of healthy fat, all of which help to keep your brain functioning, but the more we learn about nuts we also know that they help prevent inflammation. So nuts should be an important part everyone's diet.
On my busy days, I have nuts in my office, nuts in the car, to really help conserve my energy and keep my brain sharp as I work through my days.
