Many habits that we have are just that patterns we tend to do something and then it becomes almost automatic. This hunger skill will help you to break patterns because that makes you aware, awareness is the first step necessary for change often we eat unconsciously over eating without even realising why we are eating so clearing these hunger skill number one gives you a why why I'm I eating? I'm not hungry because I just set it to one and why still graving for and then number two it gives enough to spring board to make chained so pattern even though they seem automatic they are actually saying that you can break once you are aware of them.
