Symptoms of a heart attack in women could be chest pain or chest pressure, it could also be shortness of breath, nausea or vomiting, dizziness, fatigue, jaw pain, back pain. If you are getting symptoms that develop with exertion and go away with rest, even if it's pain or pressure in your jaw or chest, understand that very possibly that can be the beginning of a heart attack. Talk to your doctor, call 911, go to the hospital and take it seriously because you could be having a heart attack.

If you think you are having a heart attack, the best thing to do is grab two big aspirins and chew them, it gets absorbed much more easily in the system and it could prevent the heart attack from getting worse, and call 911, don't be afraid if you might be wrong, because being wrong is better than losing a life.

There is something to be said for women's intuition, and if you think it might be your heart, please don't be afraid to go to the hospital, don't be afraid to call 911, and don't be afraid to reach out for help. It is okay if you're wrong because we know how difficult it is to diagnose heart disease in women, please call you doctor, call 911 and trust your intuition, we've all got it.
