The biggest gift anyone can give to themselves is to quit smoking. There is no greater risk of heart disease than cigarette smoking, and here is the truth. For every inhalation you take on that cigarette, you put yourself at risk, the day, the second, the moment you quit, that's when you can decrease your risk of heart disease, and there's nothing more powerful than that.

A recent study showed, men and women less than 35 years old having heart attacks, and the reason, smoking. And let me tell you something else, if you're taking birth control and smoking, your risk goes up 35 times, so please quit smoking. Do whatever it takes, the patch, a pill, hypnotism, acupuncture, a friend, whatever it takes, but you have to quit smoking.

One of the best ways to quit smoking is to start exercising, because I promise you, when you see how you can't breath, it's going to make you want to quit. So part of your I'm going to quit smoking program is to to get exercising and get moving, and know the second you start stop smoking is the second you've helped your heart. Listen, the truth is, there is no such thing as safe smoking, it's not like you can put a condom on a cigarette.
