All women have to understand that heart disease doesn't begin later in life, it begins decades and decades before it is develops. So preventing heart disease it's gotta start in your 20s you have to pay attention to your diet and exercise, stay away from cigarettes there is absolutely no room for smoking and understand that if you maintain a healthy life from the beginning you will never get heart disease as I said it takes decades and decades to develop, so prevention should start as early as possible.

It's really about diet eating a diet healthy. Filled with fruits and vegetables low and saturated fats and also maintaining regular and routine exercise program. Guess what? You have to protect yourself from stress and really figure out a way to manage stress in your life. It's also about how you perceive things, whether you're optimistic or pessimistic and really how you choose to tackle the world.

All of these matters and the earlier you'll learn it, the better it will be for you and the better it will be for your heart.
