The cause of chronic pain is connective tissue dehydration and the problem with that is that nobody knows what it is or how to treat it. The melt method is a technique to teach people how to tap into the connective tissue so that it doesn't become chronically dehydrated. What causes connective tissue to become chronically dehydrated are your repetitive habits and postures.

Just what you do from day to day, it becomes chronically dehydrated, it's happening to everybody everyday. If you don't do anything about it, it accumulates in the body, it causes stuck stress to attack your joints, and over time, that's what causes your pain.
