How Does Connective Tissue Dehydration Cause Pain in My Body?

Read Transcript

Connective tissue dehydration causes pain in the body. It is the cause of pain in the body, because connective tissue is the supportive scaffolding of the body, it's a three dimensional matrix and when connective tissue becomes dehydrated, it can't do it's job of supporting, protecting, and stabilizing the elements of your body that it's supposed to be providing stability for.

It provides support for your muscles, your bones, your nerves, your organs, even your digestive system needs the support from the connective tissue to function efficiently. So when connective tissue becomes chronically dehydrated, all of the things that it's supposed to be supporting start to break down and it is one of the primary things that cause this chronic pain.
