When Does My Need to Be Organized Become Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder?

So the need for being organized can start to border on obsessive compulsive disorder when we find that a person gets lost in a mundane activities, sort of losing the forest for the trees so to speak, that a person finds that the organization starts to interfere with the tasks, and they can't get a task done then they have to stop and start over, that this need for perfection really has taken over their lives.
