If you're waking up each morning with a stiff neck, more than likely, you're sleeping wrong. You're probably sleeping with too many pillows or not enough pillows, and your neck is not supported. One of my recommendations would be sleeping laying flat on your back within your cervical spine which is your neck supported with a cervical pillow.

I'd also highly recommend seeing a chiropractor. A chiropractor can address the alignment issues, whether or not there's something that you're doing at home, or something that is structural misalignment that needs to be addressed, your best option is a chiropractor.
