Worrying is so powerful that it can actually affect your physical health, it can make you anxious, it can give you heart palpitations, it can keep you from sleeping at night, and so it's something that we really want to get a handle on. There has been a lot of research that shows that worrying causes stress, and what we know about stress is that it lowers your immune system, and so that can lead to major illnesses, and major physical problems.
