Can Happiness Improve Your Health?

There is a great deal of research, and my psychological experience has verified this as well, that happiness can actually improve your health it improves your immune system, it lowers your stress, the research shows that people tend to live longer, they tend to have have better relationships, they are more productive at work, they make more money.

As far as I'm concerned, those are enough reasons to do everything you can to make yourself happy as often as possible I have read story after story about people with cancer, that whole concept laughter is the best medicine really links to this whole idea of the importance of being happy there is a lot of research that shows that cancer patients actually improve at a speedier rate when they take the time to focus on things that make them happy and things that makes them laugh.
