So the number one thing that I find in helping with weight loss, is keeping a food journal. It puts right in front of face right in black and white exactly what you in-taking, then from there you can evaluate am I having too much sugar, I'm I having too much fat, I'm I drinking too many beverage that is are all loaded with calories.

It keeps right in front of you, what's going on and you can then evaluate and make some gradual changes, Another thing that's really great about the food journalling is, sometimes people have things like reflux, and they don't realize that they are eating right before they go to bed, while the largest meals in the evening and then they are not able to sleep well.

So sometimes even including the time of day that you are eating your foods can help alleviate other ailments.
