So, almonds are one of my go-to snacks, breakfast throughout the day. One, they have the good fats in them which are going to help keep you full and feeling satisfied. Two, they have some protein which is great for muscle repair, and also they have vitamins such as vitamins D which is really good for your heart, for your skin, and they can also be used, you can add them to things such as a baking products, you can add them to cereal, you can add it to a salad for that great crunchy texture.
