A healthy alternative to potato chips is getting baked or popped chips; or you can make your own toasted vegetable chips. In this video, registered dietician Sharon Richter explains how you can make delicious, crunchy vegetable chips at home.
So we probably all know that potato chips on to help your spores. So there is a few options you can do. You can get a baked chip or even a popped chip which is definitely gonna be better or make your own toasted vegetables, so what you can do, is take something like a zucchini, slice it very thin and put it to the broiler.
If you like it salty, add a little bit of sea salt, maybe you wanna add some garlic or if you like something like a barbecue add some caging spices to it, so you get your crunch in all your flavor but not all the fat.
