So one of my favorite things to share with people is having Almond milk in your day, it's actually surprising to most it has 25% of the calcium you need in a day, and also vitamin D and so many of us are becoming deficient in vitamin D with all the sunscreen that we're using.

It's also really low in calories, it's about 45 calories for a cup as opposed to low fat milk which can be 90, 120. So we're going to be saving calories and still getting a lot of vitamins throughout our day. You could use it in cereal, I put it in tea, you could put it in a smoothie, there's so many different uses and it tastes delicious.
