Is Counting Calories Important for Weight Loss?

When talking about weight loss, I don't necessarily suggest people count calories because you could be eating calories that have no nutrients or very nutrient dense foods. So a lot of them are empty calories that you don't want. So often people are counting calories when that's not necessarily going to help with the weight loss.

I say you should really focus on that, all your meals have protein, you're getting whole grains so you getting lots of fibers so you stay full, so it's nutrient dense foods as opposed to how many calories you are getting throughout the day.
