Red bell peppers are fantastic snack they are packed with lycopene which is great for our skin protects it against the sun they have a lot of vitamin C in them which is just terrific especially in the Winter when we have all these colds and they have a lot of other vitamins like vitamin A.

So the best way to eat your red pepper is to have it raw when it has the most nutrients make sure that you wash it with cold water to keep in all those antioxidants warm water isn't the best choice. When you are eating your red peppers make sure to first wash it with cold water over warm water to keep in all the nutrients and cut it right before you are going to eat it, don't cut them and leave them in your fridge try to get the most nutrients out of them.
