As we get older and our metabolism slows down and life gets dizzy, then you don't want to play catch when you get 50 to 60, you have to lose weight you've gained, you have to get back in shape. So stay in shape, if you're not in shape, start exercising, start making healthy choices every single day. Ditch the white bread get a whole wheat toast, have a whole wheat concept have beans, have vegetables, go less meat, more plant base in your going to start to feel fantastic.
