What Are Some Common Weight-Loss Pitfalls?

There's a lot of common diet traps, and I think the biggest one is that we eat mindlessly, we have no idea that we're eating. For example, how many times have you sat down in front of the television or the computer with a bag of chips and you look down and the chips are gone and you don't know where they went, and you look around the room to blame someone and you're the only one in the room.

So I think one of the biggest problems is we eat unconsciously, we eat chips, we take snacks, we do things like putting peanut butter on bread and licking the knife. We eat off our kids plates, we snack while we're making dinner probably enough calories that would be the whole dinner and then we have dinner, and I think actually after that one of the biggest traps is after dinner we keep eating till we go to bed, and for a lot of people that is the real calorie pounce park on time.
