Should I Include Dairy Products in My Diet?

One of the great things about low fat dairy products is they are high in calcium, if they are fortified with Vitamin D, it's a great way to get your Vitamin D, there's protein and the low fat or the non-fat is really what you want, because that means that the saturated fat which is that bad artery clogging fat has been taken out of the product, and we want to eat a lot less of the saturated fat, but if you don't eat dairy, it's still OK, you can have soy milk which is also high in protein, and soy milks are now being fortified with Vitamin D and Calcium as well.
