Can you eat pasta and try to lose weight at the same time? Yes you can, trully one of the problems with pasta is we can eat a lot of it, so what you do is you take a portion of pasta say two thirds of a cup maybe a cup of cooked pasta and mix it with a lot of vegetables like zucchini and tomatoes and broccoli and carrots and make it just really delicious, you can throw in some [xx] or some tofu and that's going to be a really hearty meal you'll enjoy your pasta, but you're still monitoring that portion size.
