Are you trying to loose weight? Something like 75 million Americans are trying to loose weight and 78 million of us are over weight, so wherever we're doing isn't working very well. The best way to lose weight, and keep it off initially you have to cut your calories, but exercise plays a huge role, in maintaining that weight loss, it not only helps you burn calories but it makes you feel good, it reduces the risk of many chronic diseases like diabetes, heart disease and even cancer, so you want to exercise most days of the week is what government recommends, say like maybe five days a week if you could start out with 15 minutes a day, that's terrific but you want to walk up to 45 minutes to an hour. Walking dancing hula hooping, playing hope scorch, playing catch whatever you can do to get your body moving you'll feel so good when you do it.
