Staying motivated can be hard especially when it comes to exercise or other healthy lifestyle changes. So you want to plan ahead for that, staying motivated is easier sometimes when you have someone to stay motivated with. So grab a family member a neighbor, a partner who you will meet every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday at 7 A.M. you are going to go for a walk, making that appointment will help you stay motivated because you know your friend is going to show up so you will too.

Finding a class you like and a teacher you like as a fitness instructor, I know what it's like to go to classes and have teachers you love I had students with me for 14 years and some of my class is hidden here in New York City, so find a teacher you really like, they can be motivating also it's fun to try different kinds of exercise.

If you're bored with what you're doing don't be afraid to try something new, just always try the new stuff at the beginner level.
