You want to avoid fat-free salad-dressings because they are filled with chemicals that are bad for you, or that can be bad for you, the other thing is you need some fat to metabolize that valuable vitamins, so when you combine your full fat dressing, oil based, like an oil and vinegar or [xx], when you combine that with leafy greens, not only do you get protection from heart disease, and stroke, but also also rheumatoid arthritis, so with those two things, it is just best all round to go with full fat dressings rather than fat frees.

The other thing too is that when people hear the word fat free to freeze fat frees, they think they can just proceed with reckless abandon. They equate that to mean calorie free, and it isn't folks..
