They're an excellent way to strengthen the immune system and to prevent harmful bacteria from taking root in our digestive tract. a great way to get some of the nutrients from mushrooms and to stay off of viral illness or just to strengthen your immune system is to brew mushroom tea.
You can use Shiitake mushrooms, Maitake Oishi Mushrooms, brew them in hot water, make a nice tea, drink it in the morning if you feel like you're getting ill or just to strengthen your immune system.
