If you have a strong family history of stomach cancer you might be at increased risk, but the good news is there is a lot you can do to reduce your risk, and most of that has to do with food. So the food you eat is probably the most important tool you have for fighting stomach cancer.

It's about two things. It's about number one, cutting out the foods that we know increase your risk of stomach cancer and number two, adding in the foods that we know decrease the risk and protect you from stomach cancer.
