It's important to replace muscle mass as we age, because it's important for everything, for strength, for balance, for vital money, you want to improve not just the length of your life which you will, if you boost your muscle mass, but also the quality of your life. They've done studies on mass that founds that when they exercise, they stay young and if their counter parts didn't, they get old and frail and grey really fast.

So none of us want going to be old frail and in grey, the way to prevent that is to prevent muscle loss which you can do with exercise and eating a healthy diet filled with full of proteins.
