Well I think this is the best nutrition news to come out ever and that's because it's scientifically proven that the Mediterranean diet is clearly hands down the best way to eat not only to prevent heart disease but also to reverse heart disease training diet is that you can still enjoy the good life and eat food that taste great and protect your heart.
So is all about a kind based diet but you can eat olive oil or extra virgin olive oil which makes food taste fabulous and you can throw in your red wine and you eat a lot plant based foods, you can eat fish grilled fish and some herbs. It's really easy to follow the Mediterranean lifestyle.
So I will have to say that hand downs that's my favorite and I promote it all the time.
