What's the Best Type of Exercise for People With Diabetes?

Exercise has to be safe, frequent, and enjoyable. There is, really no one type or best type of exercise for diabetes, what I recommend is people consult their physician to be perhaps reminded of some of the injuries they've had in the past or some of the risks that they may have and ultimately it may be useful to get a personal trainer to teach them the right way of exercising.

However, any type of exercise as long as it is safe, frequent and enjoyable, is useful for diabetes.
