To upgrade your holiday cookies into something that's a little bit more nutritionally beneficial, I like to use whole oats, and that is something that occupies a lot of the cookie. You're getting some wholesomeness there. Ghee butter is so amazing and that you can use a little bit you get that strong buttery taste, and cocoa powder are used whole wheat pastry flour which is basically soft wheat berry, and they used the whole grain so it's not as fine as flour but its very fluffy and not as dense as whole wheat but you're getting nutritional benefits from that.

So there are some swaps that you can do on that front to make things not taste so altered but they're winners on the nutritional from, so it's a good holiday.
