What Foods Should I Avoid During the Holidays?

During the holidays you want to avoid foods that are really calling your name and are trigger foods for you. You know that if you have a little bit you got to start eating a lot. Sometimes we loose our sense of control. So you want to really know which foods that you can have a little bit and say okay I've had my holiday fix or something that's going to open up this whole agenda of eating and overeating.

Things like fried foods things that you don't touch any more that you're introducing but if you're satistfied with the little bit even though it's not a perfect food, it's fine call it a food vacation.
