Lemon Balm is also known as Melissa officinalis in the mint family and Lemon Balm is a great also for anti-anxiety and stress management. If someone is on the cranky side I usually like to recommend it especially if you're having sleep issues. Because how Lemon Balm works is that it does have sedative effects it's also a master relaxer so it's really great for that night time dosage to take it, like the night time tea, right before bed cause it will give you better sleep and so you don't wake up so cranky in the morning.
