I love L-Theanine because L-Theanine is a naturally occurring amino acid that comes from green tea, and how L-Theanine works is that it also increases those amino transmitters in our brain, and so when you feel like you need something just to chill you out but yet you still need to focus, it does provide that stress reception but while having that mental clarity, so really wonderful choice as a stress reducer.
