Is Turmeric an Anti-Inflammatory?

I love turmeric, turmeric is actually one of the spices that has been used for 4000 years, widely used around the world and one of it's main benefit is that it's a wonderful and very strong anti-inflammatory. The main component that makes turmeric a strong anti-inflammatory is a vital chemical called Curcumin.

And so in this turmeric you can have wonderful anti-inflammatory effects that can be used for any inflammatory condition like rheumatoid arthritis, any [xx] condition, heart disease, wonderful way to reduce inflammation in the body. Another thing that's wonderful about turmeric is that it's very strong anti-cancer properties.

It actually can prevent cancer cells from replicating, also widely studied in terms of cancer prevention. So I love using turmeric, I'll sprinkle it in my oatmeal. There're so many ways you can get it into your food. It's a lovely spice to put on top of your foods as well as take in capsule form and extremely effective.
