Yes beet juice can lower your blood pressure there was a really great study done out of England that showed that it can lower your blood pressure anywhere up to four to five points, if you drink a cup of beet juice a day which is pretty amazing because even some medication try to achieve that effect and can and so the great thing about the beet juice is that you can use it as a healthy form as medicine, to try to start lowering your blood pressure and hopefully maybe eventually get off your hypertension medication with obviously your physician's supervision.
