If you're having a procedure done today, having your blood drawn or getting an injection, did you know that there were simple tips that you could do to make your experience less painful. For example if you're having your blood drawn drink three glasses of water before your test.
You will not be dehydrated and your vein will be so much easier to find and if you need to get a shot or have an IV started, did you know that you could ask for some numbing medicine. Ask your nurse, she may have lots of tips up her sleeve to make your experience less painful, you can ask for some numbing medicine, you might even pick your injection site or my favorite, count to 10 backwards the shot will be done before you even know you had it.
