When these medications are still active in your body, you feel like you're drunk or having a terrible hangover you may feel lethargic, hazy and groggy. This could be dangerous to yourself as well as people around you there have been a lot of reports of people having car accidents having taken some sleep medication.

So really be careful if you're going to take a sleeping medication make sure you have at least 7 hours left to sleep before you have to do something important whether it's attending a meeting, driving a car anything. Make sure you take them safely, these medications can be great for you to get a good night's rest but they need to be done safely.
