On the Paleo diet, grains of any kind, legumes (including all beans, peanuts and soybeans), dairy and refined sugars should all be excluded. Watch as nutritional coach Nell Stephenson explains why these foods should be avoided on the Paleo diet.
On the paleo diet there are no grains of any kind, no legumes, so that includes all beans also peanuts and soy which are beans, no dairy and no refined sugars. Nothing in a wrapper or a box if you want to look at in a very simple way. Greens and legumes are not part of the paleo diet because they're actually very inflammatory causing and when the body becomes inflamed, it becomes a lot easier for us to get sick.
White sugar, I do't think there is an argument that can make you think that there's a reason to eat white sugar. It's just bad for us. It's causing us to have increased rates of obesity, insulin resistance and diabetes, so it just needs to go, cold turkey.
