We want to focus on foods that are high in omega 3s which are anti inflammatory, one of the best sources is fish oil, other good fats we want to include in our diet on a daily basis are avocados, olive oil and coconut oil. Nuts and seeds can be eaten in moderation not if you're following mipilio auto immune plant because for that particular population nut and seeds should probably be avoided, but for the rest of us we can have any moderation, and the foods that we want to avoid are the highly refined processed foods like the trans-fats and hydrogenated oils.
