What Are the Benefits of the Paleo Diet?

There are so many benefits of the paleo diet, I don't even know where to begin. Weight loss, reduce inflammation, reduction or complete elimination of autoimmune symptoms, migraine headaches go away, skin clears up, sleep improves, chronic fatigue goes away, it's really just putting good food in the body and not putting poor quality food in the body which creates a situation that the body can heal and become healthy from the inside out.

Another great benefit of the paleo diet is it's not diet which is all about counting calories. It's the macro-nutrient balance which is far more important. In other words, making sure that you have a balance of healthy proteins, fats and carbohydrates most different vegetables, is really all you need to focus on.
