What Foods Are Included on a Paleo Plate?

The Paleo plate is made up of two thirds of fresh vegetables, about a third is full of protein, roughly the palm size of your hand, a dollop of healthy fat and and shell fruits, maybe some berries or apples or whatever is in season. A lot people are eating Paleo without even realizing it, if you had a plate of grill flaming young with a side of garlicky broccoli and maybe a small riggly/g] salad with some berries on it, that would be a Paleo plate.
