If I'm carrying too much fat and specifically I'm carrying it in my belly, that can be fat around the liver, around the pancreas, around the intestinal tract, around the internal organs. That increases the risk of a lot of problems. Heart problems, stroke, diabetes, infertility and research even shows that when women are able to reduce that visceral fat, the intelligence of any kids they have is higher, that's still early research but it really shows that getting rid of that visceral fat to the extent we can, that's a good idea.

You want to do it safely through a healthy diet but having a low visceral fat that's good.
