Read Transcript

This is actually one of the main symptoms of my hormonal imbalance. I had fatigue, I was sleeping about 16 hours a day, it didn't matter what I did I was always tired. I had a deficiency of thyroid hormone. Thyroid controls the metabolism of every single cell in your body. So, if you don't have enough of this hormone, you will feel tired, you'll feel lethargic.

You'll also feel tired if your sex hormones like estrogen are low, if you have low levels of adrenaline or cortisol. These are your stress hormones, they help you adapt to stress, they help you get up and get going for the day and if you have a deficiency of these hormones, you'll feel tired and you won't have the ability to adapt to stress very well.
