For some patients who suffer from arthritis, physical therapy can be a major important part of their management. Patients who otherwise maybe reconditioned or don't exercise regularly may benefit from the guidance a physical therapist can offer. Physical therapy aims are to strengthen and improve mobility and flexibility around the disease joint.
Some of the physical therapy modalities that maybe used include massage, a tense machine as well as water therapy.
