There are a lot of healthy foods I recommend having on hand when cravings hit. Remember failing to plan is planning to fail. Nuts, green tea, celery, cherry tomatoes, hummus, whole fruits, these are all foods that can be a great go to when you're having a craving, if your blood sugar is low.

If you're craving a treat with a little serotonin boost you're going to need something that's going to give you that same boost so that you're going to feel satisfied and not deprived. If you're needing a little pick-me-up, a little dopamin, think about small doses of caffeine in a cup of coffee, green tea or something spicy like celery and hummus.Having these healthy foods are key to a long term success, resisting those cravings and making you happier and healthier in the long run.
