I'm Dr. Clark with a smart tip if you want to loose weight but you don't have a lot of time to exercise. Try interval training, this quick workout technique varies the exercise intensity and increases work out benefits. Here is how you do it, alternate periods of hard effort with period of recovery. If you're walking kick up the pace for four minutes and then take it down for three minutes.

You can repeat this a few times, or try doing one minute of your exercise at a supper effort and scale a back for nine minutes. All the time you find the interval that work for you. You can apply this to any activity whether you're on a stationery, bike or swimming in a pool. Interval training keep your workouts interesting and challenging.
