Hi, I'm Dr. Clark. Want a better body image then workout, it'll make you feel great about your body. A study published in the journal of Health Psychology found that the simple act of exercising is enough to change your perception of how you look, and that's regardless of your fitness level. In the study people who didn't achieve workout milestones like loosing fat, gaining strength or boosting their aerobic fitness felt just as good about their bodies as their more athletic counterparts.
