Hi I'm Dr. Michael Breus the sleep doctor and I just came off the Dr. Oz show where we were talking about that transformation nation and how sleep loose makes it difficult to loose weight, so right now you are looking at something called the sleep tracker and it's really important that you feel this out every day.

Here is what we are looking for. Go ahead and put in what time you fell asleep how long it took you to fall asleep, time you woke up maybe even if you woke up throughout the night if you took something to help you sleep and then I went you in the morning to rate the quality of your sleep that way we will be able to tell based on your weight loss and your sleep, what's going on for you.
