Ashwagandha is a great herb for people who got insomnia and anxiety when they get stressed out. It works by regulating cortisol which is a hormone that gets released from ariginos when we get stressed. So ariginos can actually work way over time and they can actually also get depleted so ashwagandha helps regulate cortisol levels so that it can bring levels down, but it can also help oragino glands make more if they're too low, ashwagandha is easy to take as a pill form and I recommend taking 500 milligrams in the morning and again in the evening.
